Aftercare

Look after your lashes and they last longer: three to four weeks for an individual set, one to two for clusters.

  1. Keep them dry for 24 hours. No water, steam or sweat while the glue cures.
  2. Wash them every day. A lash-safe foam and your fingertips. Clean lashes last longer.
  3. Brush them every morning. A spoolie, from the middle to the tips.
  4. Keep oils away from your eyes. Oil-based make-up and removers dissolve the bond.
  5. Refill in two to three weeks. Before the gaps show, KSH 200. After four weeks it's a new set.
Cluster or individual: which should I get?

Clusters are quicker (30 to 45 minutes), cost less and last about one to two weeks. They suit an event or a first try. Individual sets are waterproof, go on one lash at a time, take longer and last three to four weeks with refills.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins. If the bed is free, you’re in. Book ahead if you want a set time.

How long does a set take?

A cluster set takes 30 to 45 minutes. An individual set takes an hour and a half for classic, two hours for cat eye, wispy or hybrid, and up to two and a half for volume. A refill takes about 45 minutes.

Can I add colour or charms?

Yes, on any set: coloured lashes KSH 100, charms KSH 100, and bottom lashes KSH 400. Say which when you book, in the notes, or ask at the studio. You pay at the studio.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Come with clean lashes and no mascara or eye make-up, and skip oily cleansers that morning. If you wear contacts, bring your case: your eyes stay closed for the whole appointment.

How do I pay?

At the studio, by M‑Pesa or cash. There is nothing to pay when you book online.

Yes, up to 24 hours before. Use the link on your booking, sign in to your account, or call 0706 689 885.
